We aim for the highest standards and we take quality control very seriously. However, please keep in mind that our products are handmade and rarely a manufacturing defect could occur. Items that are not eligible for a return include:
- A replacement product
- Free gifts
- Products bought from a third party (Amazon, etc.)
- Any order below €50 (not including shipping fees)
How to return your order
Whenever you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your item(s) and receive a full refund within 100 days from the date of delivery (Only EU & US orders). Any returns must be in the state you received them, unused and in the original packaging. Invi cannot process any returned items without prior notice and approval. Please send your request to [email protected] before you return your item(s) and receive further instructions.
Do I have to pay for my return?
You can return your items for free when you are located in European Union.
Customers outside of the European Union are responsible for covering their own return costs to our return warehouse in The Netherlands. Please make sure to send your package with track and trace as Invi does not take responsibility for any returns unless they are delivered to our warehouse.
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow us 5 business days for them to be assessed. Our team will issue your refund and notify you by email. A credit will be applied through the original method of payment within another 5 business days.
